Phil Gustafson has over 20 years of work experience. Phil started their career in 1997 as a Manufacturers Rep at THT Electronics / West Associates. In 2004, they moved to Mil-Rep Associates as a Manufacturers Representative. From 2006 to 2008, they were Regional Sales Manager at White Electronic Designs. Phil then joined Parsons Commercial Roofing in 2008 as Regional Sales Manager. In 2015, they became a Roof Consultant at Big Bear Roofing & Construction. In 2018, they were Sales & Consulting at Montgomery Construction & Roofing. In 2020, they were Commercial Roofing - Sales & Consulting at Wilson Roofing Company. Finally, in 2021, they became Commercial Roofing Account Manager. Currently, they are Senior Director of Business Development for North America at NuEnergy Storage Technologies.

Phil Gustafson attended Stephen F. Austin State University from 1979 to 1980 for undergraduate studies. Phil then transferred to The University of Texas at Austin, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Mechanical Engineering from 1980 to 1985.
