Joe Worley is an experienced manufacturing and engineering professional with a diverse background in continuous improvement and operations management. Currently serving as Manufacturing Engineering Manager, Customs & Specials Engineering Manager, and Program Manager at Nucraft Furniture since January 2020, Joe has previously held key roles at ODL, Inc., overseeing operations for a $40 million business unit and leading global continuous improvement efforts. With earlier experience as Engineering Manager-CI Implementer at Challenge Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement Leader-Manufacturing Engineering Manager at Johnson Controls, Joe has a strong track record in lean manufacturing, team leadership, and new product launches. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Manufacturing Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Stout and international studies in Wales.
