Dean Kanelos has over three decades of experience in the automotive and steel industries, currently serving as the Market Development and Product Applications Manager for Nucor Corporation since June 2002. In this role, Dean also holds leadership positions as Chairman of WorldAutoSteel and the Joint Policy Council of the Auto/Steel Partnership, while being a member of SAE and AIST. Prior professional experiences include roles as Automotive Development Metallurgist at Chrysler, Metallurgist at Ispat Inland, Applications Engineer at AK Steel, and Automotive Market & Product Development Manager at Inland Steel. Dean's educational background includes a Master's degree in Business Administration from Indiana University Northwest and a Bachelor's degree in Metallurgical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
