Joan Antoni Riera Escandell has held various positions in the software engineering industry since 2019. In that year, they completed an internship at the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya, where they taught LEGO Mindsotrms and IoT courses, designed and manufactured a device to experiment with persistence of vision, and conducted configuration tests with an electrocardiogram integrated circuit. In 2020, they worked as a Quality Assurance Test Engineer at Inforserveis, and as an Intern at Endepro Software, where they developed company products in C/C++ and administered embedded systems using Yocto Project. In 2021, they took on a role as a Software Engineer at Iskra.cat / Web applications & digital products, where they were responsible for backend software development. Joan Antoni is currently employed as a Software Engineer at Nuclia • AI Search.
