Deepa Nair is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and human resources management across various sectors and countries. Currently serving as the Talent Acquisition Lead at Nucleus Software since December 2021, Deepa oversees recruitment activities for the SEA, Japan, UAE, Australia, and Germany, focusing on campus and leadership hiring, diversity initiatives, and employee mobility. Previous roles include Assistant Manager of Global Recruitment at Global Schools Foundation, where responsibilities encompassed end-to-end talent acquisition for corporate and academic positions, and several HR positions at organizations like U3 Infotech, Cutech Group, and Haldor Topsoe. Deepa holds a Post Graduate degree in Human Resources from XLRI Jamshedpur and recently completed the Global HR Leaders Program at the National University of Singapore.
