Joel McNamee has over 17 years of professional experience in the technology industry. Joel began their career in 2003 as a Sales Consultant for Lexmark. In 2004, they took on the role of Firmware Engineer for Gemstar TV-Guide. In 2006, they joined Courion Corporation as a Senior Professional Services Engineer, and was later promoted to Senior Solutions Consultant and Regional Sales Manager. In 2008, they were appointed Program Director, Web Development for the Center for Digital Imaging Arts at Boston University. In 2015, they began working as an Account Executive for ForgeRock, where they worked with C-level executives to map solutions with their growth & innovation goals. In 2018, they became Sales Director for Saviynt, Inc. and in 2020, they took on the role of Enterprise Regional Director for Beyond Identity. Most recently, in 2023, they were appointed Enterprise Account Executive for Nucleus Security.

Joel McNamee obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering and Mathematics from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth between 2000 and 2004.
