Jonathan Letham started their work experience in 2008 as a Research Engineer at Thales. In 2010, they worked as a Maths and Physics Tutor at a private tutoring company. From 2011 to 2019, they worked at Redington Ltd, starting as an Analyst and eventually becoming a Senior Vice President in ALM and Investment Strategy. Currently, they are employed at Nucleus Financial as Head of IMX and has recently been appointed as the Head of Proposition Strategy.

Jonathan Letham's education history includes a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Physics from the University of Oxford, which they obtained from 2005 to 2008. Jonathan then pursued a Master's of Research (MRes) degree in Computer Vision from Heriot-Watt University, completing it from 2008 to 2011. Prior to their university education, Jonathan attended Perth High School from 2000 to 2005, although no degree or field of study was specified at the high school level. Additionally, Jonathan has obtained several certifications, including passing all three levels of the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) exams from 2012 to 2014, and completing a certification in Machine Learning from Coursera in 2017.
