Paul R. Stafford, P.E. is an experienced engineer specializing in chemical engineering and process development. Currently serving as an Advisory Engineer at Nuclear Fuel Services since June 2023, Stafford previously held roles as Principal Chemical Engineer at Eastman from October 2021 to June 2023, and Senior Process Development Engineer at W. R. Grace & Co. from July 2017 to September 2021, where responsibilities included technology transfer and optimization of various catalysts. Prior experience includes over two decades at BASF Corporation in multiple engineering roles, beginning with Engelhard Corporation as a Process Engineer in 1994, and research contributions at the BYU Catalysis Laboratory.
