Taylor Vanlandingham's work experience includes being a Member of the OnCon Senior Council at OnConferences since 2019. This role involves participating in monthly virtual meetings to discuss industry challenges and trends. Prior to this, Taylor served as Vice President of Operations and Human Resources at Nuclear Care Partners from 2014 to the present. In this role, Taylor was responsible for overseeing and directing all Human Resource functions nationwide. Before that, Taylor worked as a Human Resources Coordinator at Nuclear Care Partners from 2014 to 2015, and as an Executive Team Lead at Target from 2011 to 2014. Taylor also worked as a Teaching Assistant at the University of Colorado Boulder from 2010 to 2011.

Taylor Vanlandingham obtained a Bachelor's of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources from the University of Colorado Boulder. This educational pursuit took place from 2008 to 2011.
