Tine Stumpp started working at Nuclear Blast Records in 1999 as the Head of Licensing. In 2011, they moved to Nuclear Blast GmbH where they held the role of CEO until February 2015. Prior to being CEO, they worked in licensing at the same company from 1999 to 2011.

Tine Stumpp obtained their Fachwirt für Organisation und Führung degree from Valckenburgschule Ulm between 1997 and 1999. In addition to their formal education, they also obtained a certification in Strategisches Denken und Handeln für Führungskräfte from LinkedIn in December 2020.
