Montu Khokhar has a diverse work experience spanning multiple leadership roles. Montu began their career as a Product Engineer at NUCAP Brakes in February 2004, where they eventually advanced to become the Director of Global Engineering in December 2010. In this role, they were responsible for managing capital expenditures, coordinating global product programs, and working with material suppliers. After their tenure as Director of Global Engineering, Montu assumed the position of Chief Operating Officer at NUCAP Brakes in July 2013, before ultimately being promoted to Chief Executive Officer in July 2015.
In addition to their role at NUCAP Brakes, Montu also served as the Chief Executive Officer of SpiderTech Inc., starting in July 2015. Montu currently holds this position, concurrently serving as the Chief Executive Officer at NRS Brakes, a position they assumed in January 2019. Furthermore, Montu has also served as the Chief Executive Officer of GRIP Metal Inc. since July 2015.

Montu Khokhar obtained their High School Diploma from Lester B Pearson Collegiate Institute from 1993 to 1997. Montu then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Ryerson University, completing it from 1998 to 2003.
