Deanna Banks is an experienced professional with a strong background in organizational development and talent management. Since September 1998, Deanna has served as Principal at Furst Group, with additional responsibilities as Principal at NuBrick Partners since June 2016, where a team of experts provides comprehensive leadership development services. Deanna is a Member of the MD Anderson Leadership Advisory Board and served as Chair of the Board of Directors for the Patient Access Network Foundation until December 2023. Deanna holds a B.S. in Business Management with a minor in Paralegal Studies from the University of Maryland Global Campus.
