Rodrigo Nappi is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in software engineering and development. Currently serving as a Lead Software Engineer at Nubank since January 2023, Rodrigo previously held positions such as Staff Software Engineer at Loft and Senior Software Engineer at Banco Itaú, where responsibilities included maintaining and evolving critical services for millions of customers and leading cloud migration efforts to AWS. Rodrigo's career also includes roles as Full Stack Engineer at Ewave do Brasil, Technical Lead at Engage, Development Coordinator, and Senior Web Designer at SOU, and Web Designer at House Press Editora e Propaganda.
