Victoria Sánchez is currently the CX Cisco Team Lead Manager at Nub7/8. She leads the Cisco Lifecycle Program Managers' team and ensures the execution of action plans and strategies to meet targets. Prior to this role, Victoria worked as a Customer Service Analyst at Concentrix, providing excellent customer support and problem-solving. She also has experience as a Technical Support Specialist at Teleperformance, demonstrating clear communication and effective technical assistance. Victoria is pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Bilingualism at Universidad El Bosque and has completed a Challenge Block of English at Centro Colombo Americano.
