Todd Cooper is the Co-founder and CEO of NuArca and NuArca Labs, where Todd has created cloud services leveraging blockchain technology. Prior to this, Todd held various management positions at Wolters Kluwer - Financial Services Solutions and PCi Corporation. Todd holds a Master of Fine Arts degree from Emerson College and a Bachelor of Liberal Arts degree from Mercer University.
