Armando Requejo has a diverse work experience in various industries and roles. Armando started as a Senior Associate/Project Manager at Booz & Company, where they managed consulting projects for clients in the consumer packaged goods and media sectors. Armando later became a Principal, responsible for business development and managing projects in Mexico and North Latin America.
After their time at Booz & Company, they worked as an independent consultant, focusing on business growth planning, operating model design, and performance management consulting for consumer-related companies. Armando also became a Founding Member of HBS Alumni Angels of South Florida, a nonprofit organization that provides educational and networking opportunities for Harvard alumni interested in investing in early-stage companies.
In 2014, Requejo joined Avon as the Director of Strategy & Business Development for the Latin America Business Unit. Armando was responsible for crafting the BU's strategic plan and leading various strategic assignments. Armando later became the Executive Director of Finance, overseeing a team of associates and partnering with Avon's global Chief Marketing Officer and Latin America President.
In 2016, Requejo took on the role of Head of Portfolio Value Creation and Planning (Venture & Growth Equity) at Finaccess Capital, an investment firm focused on acquiring and creating value in growing companies. Their responsibilities included leading the full investment cycle, from portfolio strategy to evaluating targets and overseeing growth and improvement programs.
Throughout their career, Requejo has also held multiple board director positions, including at NuTek Natural Ingredients, NeuroCytonix Inc., Global Beverage Team, LLC, and RTDS de Mexico. These roles involve providing strategic guidance and oversight to companies in various industries, including biomedical technology and beverage.

Armando Requejo obtained a B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering from Universidad Iberoamericana, Ciudad de México, from 1995 to 1999. In 1998, they also participated as an exchange student towards a Bachelor's degree in Engineering at The University of Texas at Austin. Later, from 2003 to 2005, they pursued a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) at Harvard Business School. Armando Requejo also obtained a certification in Digital Marketing - Managing the Value of Customer Relationships from Wharton Online | The Wharton School in April 2017.
