Marie Jozefiak has been with Nu Skin since November 2007, serving as Vice President of Sales & Marketing for West Europe and previously as Director of Sales and Marketing for West Europe & Israel. Jozefiak has extensive experience in developing sales strategies across multiple European markets, achieving a notable turnover of approximately 46 million € in 2017. With leadership over a sales department of 12 employees and a marketing team of 4, responsibilities have included coaching, budgeting, public speaking, and representation at various industry associations. Prior roles at Capelli Europe GmbH and ENGIE provided additional experience in account management and project leadership. Jozefiak holds multiple master's degrees in management and human resources from ISC Paris and ESM-A, complemented by a licentiate degree in information and communication.
