Chuck Cox has a diverse work experience in various leadership and executive roles. Chuck most recently served as the Vice President of Finance and CFO at Nu-Pipe, a trenchless pipe rehabilitation construction company. Prior to that, they were the Managing Director at Beacon Heights Advisory Group, where they provided consulting services to privately held companies. Chuck also held the position of Chief Financial Officer at Performive and Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board at Legacy Weavers, LLC. In addition, they have experience as an Executive Director at American Silk Mills, LLC, Chief Financial Officer at DCWV Acquisition Corporation, Director of Portfolio Management at Capitala Investment Advisors and CapitalSouth Partners Funds, and Chief Financial Officer at First Option Mortgage. Chuck also served as the Chief Executive Officer/Chief Operating Officer/Chief Financial Officer at Cellcontrol. Chuck began their career as a Senior Vice President at Morgan Keegan & Company, Inc. throughout their career, Chuck has demonstrated expertise in financial management, turnaround leadership, strategic planning, and M&A.

Chuck Cox attended Page High School for their high school education. Chuck then went on to earn a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, with a focus on Finance and Marketing. Afterward, Cox pursued further education at The Wharton School, where they obtained their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree, specializing in Finance and Marketing.
