Jessica Adams has extensive experience in the food industry, currently serving as an Innovation Manager at NU-MEGA INGREDIENTS since April 2017, where previous roles included Research & Development Technologist and Quality Control Chemist. Prior to this, Jessica worked as a Quality Assurance Coordinator at Ballantyne Foods from September 2015 to March 2017, and as a Sales Assistant at Spotlight Retail Group (SRG) from October 2009 to November 2015. Jessica also held the position of Quality Assurance Assistant at Mission Foods for a brief period in 2015. Academically, Jessica holds a Master of Business Administration from The University of Queensland, a Master of Food Science from the University of Melbourne, and a Bachelor of Food and Nutrition with a major in Food Science from Deakin University. Educational background includes completing the Victorian Certificate of Education at Ave Maria College.
