Mark Brancieri has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Mark is currently serving as the Head of Manufacturing at Nature's Toolbox (NTx) since July 2022. Prior to that, they worked at GSK as the Director of Process Engineering from January 2021 to August 2022.
Before joining GSK, Mark had a long tenure at Bristol-Myers Squibb, where they held various positions. Mark served as the Associate Director of Process Engineering from July 2018 to January 2021. Prior to that, they were the Associate Director of Manufacturing Technology and Supplier Relationship Manager at the Biologics External Manufacturing division from 2016 to 2018 and 2012 to 2015, respectively. Mark also worked as a Senior Engineer in Upstream Manufacturing from 2007 to 2012.
Mark's earlier experiences include working as a Fermentation Engineer at Martek Biosciences from 2003 to 2006 and as an Engineer II at Baxter Healthcare Corporation from 2001 to 2003. Mark began their career as a Biotechnologist at HERCULES INC from 1999 to 2001.
Before entering the industry, Mark served as a Corporal in the Army National Guard from 1992 to 1998.
Mark Brancieri received their Bachelor of Science degree in Cell/Cellular and Molecular Biology from the University of Connecticut in 1996. Mark then pursued further education and obtained a Master of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from the same university, completing their studies in 1999.
