Cecilia Koo has a varied work experience spanning different industries and roles. Cecilia is currently working at NTUC FairPrice as the Head of Digital Platform Operations in the Digital Business department since October 2022. Prior to this, they held the position of Lead - Digital Platform Operations at the same company from August 2020 to October 2022. Before joining NTUC FairPrice, Cecilia worked at ClassPass as a Product Lifecycle Management Manager from May 2019 to July 2020 and as a Digital Marketing Senior Associate from January 2019 to May 2019. Cecilia Koo obtained their Bachelor's degree in Business, with a focus on Marketing and Management, from the National University of Singapore between 2008 and 2012. In 2016, they also completed a certification in German fluency through Duolingo. Additionally, Cecilia has a certification in Google AdWords, obtained at an unknown date.
