Kim Curley serves as Vice President of People & Organization Consulting and Managing Director of Workforce Readiness Consulting at NTT DATA since October 2015. Additionally, Kim has been an Adjunct Faculty member at Queens University of Charlotte since August 2021. Previous experience includes roles as a Management Consultant at Carlisle & Gallagher Consulting Group and Head of Cross Sell for Insurance at Wells Fargo, where significant revenue growth was achieved through strategic sales agreements. Earlier positions include Senior Consultant and Program Manager at Wachovia Bank, where a new investment business model was implemented, and leading the first centralized trust and fiduciary business at SunTrust Bank. Kim's career also encompasses a Senior Manager role at Accenture and an SVP Trust Officer position at Bank of America. Kim holds an MBA in Finance and a BBA in International Business from the University of Georgia, as well as a Master's in Organizational Development and a Graduate Certificate in Executive Coaching from Queens University of Charlotte.
