Beric Boxall has extensive experience in service operations management, currently serving as a Service Operations Manager at NTT DATA since October 2014. In addition to this role, Beric has held positions as Major Incident & Problem Manager and Team Leader within the same organization. Beric also briefly served as Service Operations Manager for NTT DATA UK&I from September to November 2022. Educationally, Beric Boxall attended Gifford Technical College from 1990 to 1994.
