Akash Surana is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in project management, delivery, and presales. Currently serving as Vice President at NTT DATA, Inc. since July 2013, Akash leads the Delivery Presales and Solutions team, overseeing successful global project deliveries. Prior experience includes Director of SAP & Offshore Practice at Optimal Solutions, where responsibilities included managing SAP implementation projects, solution design, and enhancing employee satisfaction. Previous roles at Life Technologies encompassed program management for enterprise content management systems and infrastructure projects, while an earlier career at Satyam Computers involved leading and mentoring ABAP programmers. Akash holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from the University of Madras.
