Jalal Benharouga has extensive experience in engineering and operations within the telecommunications industry. Currently serving as Vice President of Engineering and NOC at NTS Communications since April 2015, Jalal previously held the position of Vice President of Engineering and Inside Plant. Prior to this, Jalal was the Operations and Brand Development Director and co-founder at Truenorth in Dubai from August 2011 to October 2014, and served as Head of Operations at du from March 2009 to April 2011. Jalal also gained significant experience at Windstream Communications from February 1999 to August 2008, where roles included Senior Product Manager and Senior IP Architecture Engineer. Educationally, Jalal holds both a Master's degree and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Rice University, completed in 1999 and 1998, respectively.
