Bryan K. Garvin has over 29 years of work experience. In 1992, they began their career as a Deputy Sheriff at the Jefferson County Sheriff's Office. During their time there, they managed and supervised inmates, upheld federal and state law, investigated criminal activity, apprehended suspects, provided courthouse security, and performed any additional duties required to serve and protect citizens of Jefferson County. Bryan also served as a Field Training Instructor and Defensive Tactics Instructor. In 2004, they began working as a Courier at FedEx Express, delivering and retrieving customer packages along a designated route and transferring packages to and from containers and trucks via conveyor belt. In 2007, they started working at Travelers Insurance as a Dispatcher, where they investigated auto claims, coordinated assignments for auto appraisers, investigated fraud claims, and trained new hires. In 2016, they began working at Century Link as a Circuit Designer I, accurately designing and provisioning complex circuits for customer orders using appropriate network equipment. Finally, in 2021, they began working at NTRINSEC Inc. as a Software Development Project Manager and Customer Success Engineer.
Bryan K. Garvin completed their Bachelor of Science in Information Technology/ Networking & Telecommunications from the University of Phoenix, Colorado Campus between 2000 and 2004. Bryan then went on to attain an Associate's degree in Enterprise Administration from National American University between 2009 and 2011. In addition, they also completed training in CCNA and MCITP from New Horizons Computer Training Centers during the same period. Lastly, they attained their POST Certification in Criminal Justice/Law Enforcement Administration from Arapahoe Community College in 1992.
