Keshaw Kumar serves as the General Manager of Human Resources at NTPC Limited, leading the Centre of Excellence at the Corporate Office in Mouda, Nagpur, since May 2018. Responsibilities include formulating HR strategies, managing contract and materials systems, overseeing industrial relations, and coordinating with statutory authorities. Keshaw has previously held various HR leadership roles across multiple NTPC locations, including as Head of HR at NTPC-DADRI and in a Joint Venture Company, managing extensive contractual manpower. Keshaw's educational background includes a Bachelor of Engineering from BIT Mesra and advanced HR management courses from esteemed institutions such as IIM Bangalore, TISS, and XLRI Jamshedpur.
