Hemant Bhoosnurmath has a diverse work experience spanning from 2014 to the present. Hemant is currently working at nTop as a Senior Solutions Engineer - EMEA, a position they have held since November 2022. Prior to this role, they worked as a Solutions Engineer - EMEA at nTop from December 2021 to October 2022.

Before joining nTop, Hemant worked at Capgemini as a Consultant Engineer, specializing in Aerospace Structural Analysis. Hemant held this position from September 2018 to November 2021. Additionally, they briefly worked as a Consultant Engineer - Digital Transformation at Capgemini from January 2018 to August 2018.

In 2017, Hemant had a role at Airbus, where they conducted an XFEM investigation on A300/A310 Centre Wing Box Cracks. Hemant worked on this project from April 2017 to September 2017.

Prior to their role at Airbus, Hemant had a research position at ISAE-SUPAERO as a Graduate Student Researcher. Hemant worked on research projects from March 2016 to March 2017.

Their earliest work experience was as a Design Engineer at Cyient, where they focused on Powerplant Lubrication System design for aero-engines. During their time there, they conducted system analysis and modeling to achieve favorable oil-air flow for safe operation of bearing compartments in engines. Hemant worked at Cyient from September 2014 to June 2015.

Hemant Bhoosnurmath has a strong educational background in engineering and aerospace. Hemant obtained a Master of Science degree in Aerospace Engineering from ISAE-SUPAERO, where they studied from 2015 to 2017. Prior to that, Hemant pursued a Bachelor of Engineering degree at The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology from 2010 to 2014. Their major was Mechanical Engineering, with a minor in Aeronautical Engineering.

In addition to their formal education, Hemant has also obtained several certifications to enhance their skills and knowledge. In May 2022, they earned a certification in "Additive Manufacturing for Innovative Design and Production" from MIT xPRO. Prior to that, in March 2021, they completed the "Digital Manufacturing & Design Technology Specialization" from Coursera. Furthermore, in April 2018, Hemant obtained a certification in "UMLx: UML Class Diagrams for Software Engineering" from edX.
