Melissa Euell is a Customer Success Manager at FinThrive, having started in November 2023. Prior to this role, Melissa served as a Client Services Manager at HS Brands Global from February 2022 to November 2023 and as a General Manager at Club Pilates from October 2020 to February 2022. Previous experience includes leadership positions such as Director of Recreation Services at Luxor Hotel & Casino, Manager of Spa and Salon at The Mirage, and Spa Operations Assistant Manager at Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino. Melissa also held the role of Recreation Services Supervisor at MGM Grand Hotel & Casino Las Vegas and worked as an Esthetician and Massage Therapist for Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group. Melissa began their career as a Massage Therapist at Caesars Entertainment, Inc. with experience in spa-related services since October 2005. Melissa earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from Nevada State University between 2010 and 2014 and attended the Academy of Hair Design in Nevada from 2009 to 2010.
