Susan Springsteen has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Susan is currently the President of H2O Connected LLC since March 2019. Prior to this role, they co-founded and served as a partner at nth Solutions LLC, overseeing operations and sales for a vertically-integrated electronic product development, business incubation, and manufacturing company. Susan has also had a successful career as a Financial Advisor, building financial advisory practices at four investment firms, including Morgan Stanley. Susan was recognized as "The Best Wealth Management Group on the Main Line" by Main Line Today Magazine. Additionally, they worked as a Business Reporter at KYW Newsradio and played a crucial role in reporting on business-related matters.

Susan Springsteen attended Wheaton College from 1977 to 1981, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree. Susan'smajor was Economic and Business, with a minor in Biology.
