Yemisi Babade has extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Yemisi has held various roles in different companies, starting with their current position as the Human Resources Director at ntel since November 2017. Prior to that, they worked as the VP Human Resources (Consultant) at CMB Nigeria from September 2014 to November 2016.

Yemisi Babade has a diverse education history spanning various fields and institutions. In 2007, they enrolled at the UCLA Anderson School of Management, where they pursued an Advanced Programme in Human Resource Management. Prior to that, in 2006, Yemisi attended IMD, where they completed the HRiB Leadership Programme. In 1997, they enrolled at The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), earning a Master's degree in Economics with a specialization in Industrial Relations and Personnel Management. Yemisi's undergraduate education took place at London Metropolitan University, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources in 1995. Additionally, they participated in the Change Management Programme at Shell Learning in 2006.
