Gladys Saenz is an accomplished professional in human resources with extensive experience in strategic leadership and operational management. Currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at Newmarket Tay Power Distribution Ltd. since August 2020, Gladys provides specialized human resources and payroll consultation to the executive team and staff while promoting equity, diversity, and inclusion. Prior to this role, Gladys held the position of Director of Human Resources and Payroll at Johnvince Foods, where responsibilities included overseeing health and safety, labor relations, and employee recruitment for approximately 1,000 employees.
