Frances Cordaro is a seasoned marketing and communications professional currently serving as the Manager of Marketing and Communications at the NSW Institute of Sport since March 2023, where leadership and team performance are key focuses. Frances previously held the position of Senior Coordinator - Media and Communications at the New South Wales Institute of Sport and worked in marketing and communications at the Office of Sport. Prior experience includes serving as the State Operations Manager for Golf Management Australia, where event planning and member engagement were successfully managed. Notably, during tenure at the Australian Olympic Committee, Frances acted as Media Director for the 2014 and 2010 Australian Youth Olympic Team, implementing award-winning media strategies, and as Education and Media Manager, developing recognized educational initiatives. Frances holds a Bachelor of Education from the University of Sydney and an Executive Certificate in Event Management from the University of Technology Sydney.
