Ka Chi Ngai is a Senior Occupational Therapist at NSW Health, specializing in Rapid Response within the Emergency Department and Medical Assessment Unit since April 2019. Previously, Ka Chi worked as an Inpatient Occupational Therapist at Bankstown-Lidcombe Hospital, focusing on Aged Care and Rehabilitation, and contributed to the Liverpool Transition Care Program. Prior to NSW Health, Ka Chi was an Occupational Therapist with Mobile Rehab Australia, delivering community-based therapy to geriatric and palliative populations, and managed various aspects of patient care including pain management and ADL assessment. Ka Chi holds a Master's degree in Occupational Therapy Studies and a dual Bachelor's degree in Biological and Biomedical Sciences and International Relations, both from The University of Queensland.
