Claire Wilton is a Senior Clinical Dietitian at NSW Health, where Claire has worked since June 2020, holding various titles including Senior Cancer Care Dietitian and Clinical Dietitian. Prior to this role, Claire served as a Service Supervisor at Woolworths Supermarkets from April 2015 to May 2021. Claire also contributed to nutritional education as the Theory Leader for the Go 4 Fun program at NSW Health from May 2019 to March 2020, focusing on healthy eating and activity among children. Additionally, Claire completed a research project as a Student Research Dietitian at Royal Prince Alfred Hospital in 2019, investigating sarcopenia in surgical patients. Claire holds a Master of Nutrition and Dietetics and a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Metabolism from the University of Sydney, along with a Higher School Certificate from The Hills Grammar School.
