Shwe Singh has a diverse work experience spanning across various companies and roles. They started their career as a Software Engineer at AIESEC in 2012 and worked there until 2014. In 2015, they co-founded GoPlayr, a SaaS-enabled marketplace, where they led design, tech, and product until 2018. Following that, they joined McDonald's as a Product Manager for McDelivery in 2018. In 2019, they worked for a startup in the payments industry as a Product Manager until 2020. They then joined the NSW Government as a Product Lead from 2020 to 2022. After that, they joined Till Payments as a Lead Product Manager from 2022 to 2023. Currently, they hold the position of Principal Product Manager at NSW Government.

Shwe Singh's education history includes an Executive MBA from AGSM @ UNSW Business School. The field of study for this degree is not specified. Shwe Singh also completed an Executive MBA from EGADE Business School del Tecnológico de Monterrey, specializing in Building & Leading Conscious Enterprises.
