Shillpa Waalia is a seasoned data analyst with extensive experience in both public and private sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Data Analyst for the NSW Department of Education since January 2020, Shillpa has previously held data analyst positions at Sydney Trains and the Department of Family and Community Services (NSW). Prior roles include an Associate Consultant at NSW Health and a Consultant at the Australian Bureau of Statistics. Shillpa's career began as a Software Engineer at Surfgold India, progressing to Team Leader at Agilis Information and Project Manager at SATC Marketing Pvt. Ltd. Shillpa holds a Certificate 4 in Human Resources Management from Inspire Education and a PGDCA in Computer Science from Delhi University, complemented by education from the National Institute of Information Technology.
