Renen Matalon is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer success, revenue operations, and technical support. Currently serving as the Director and Head of Customer Success at nSure.ai since February 2023, Renen previously held various leadership roles at Browsi, where ARR growth reached 100%. Renen's experience at FIS includes technical support roles related to FIN-tech applications, while earlier positions involved intelligence analysis and team leadership in the Israeli Intelligence Corps. Renen holds dual Bachelor's degrees in Generative Linguistics & Linguistic Communication from Leipzig University and Psychology & Linguistics from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
