Narayan Gupta possesses over 35 years of extensive experience in operations management within the manufacturing industry. Currently serving as Head of Operation and Deputy General Manager since September 2016, responsibilities include overseeing plant operations, ensuring efficient supply chain management, and maintaining safety and statutory requirements. Previously, Narayan operated as Manager at Kirloskar Brothers Limited from 1988 to 2009, where leadership spanned the production of domestic and industrial pumps and motors. Narayan holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Pandit Jawahar Lal Nehru College in Sanawad.
