Xiaohua Yang is an accomplished researcher and entrepreneur with expertise in plant biology, agriculture, and artificial intelligence. Currently serving as the Head of Research & Innovation at nSpire AI, Xiaohua synthesizes customer insights and AI technologies to enhance talent intelligence products. As a Co-Founder of Euddia, Inc., Xiaohua leverages data and plant science to innovate weather risk management solutions for agriculture. Previous experiences include Co-Founder at Meet Ollie, focusing on personalized storytelling through Gen-AI, and a Senior Scientist role at AEssense Corporation, where Xiaohua led innovation in indoor agriculture. Academic credentials include a Ph.D. in Horticulture from Cornell University and a Master’s in Genetics from Wuhan University, complemented by extensive research experience and participation in programs aimed at empowering smallholder farmers.
