Joanna Gray is a seasoned database administrator with extensive experience spanning over two decades in various roles. Currently serving as a Senior Database Administrator at NSK since March 2014, Joanna specializes in the support and maintenance of Oracle 11G and multiple SQL Server databases, focusing on enhancing resilience, stability, and performance. Prior to NSK, Joanna worked as Lead Database Administrator at Europcar from January 2000 to March 2013, managing systems across Oracle, Sybase, and SQL Server platforms. Joanna's career commenced as a Senior Analyst Programmer at National Car Rental, developing applications in C++ and Delphi, and further included a position as Senior Systems Analyst at EuroDollar, where Joanna managed ICL Mainframe systems and database administration. Joanna holds a BSc Hons degree in Applied Mathematics from the University of East Anglia, completed in 1992.
