Scott Peterson has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Scott began their career as an Engineer/Technician at Caterpillar Inc in 2001 and later worked as an Inside Sales representative at F.E. Wheaton. Scott then transitioned to outside sales at Scheck Lumber Co. and gained experience as a Leasing Consultant at AIMCO. In 2009, Scott became a Highway Pricing Analyst at Hub Group.
In 2011, Scott joined PSAV as a CRM Administrator - Sales Analyst, where they migrated data and trained users on Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics. Scott then moved to Stanley Security Solutions as a Senior Sales Automation Engineer, supporting over 1200 users and leading 20+ projects.
Scott joined Stanley Hydraulic Tools in 2014 as a Business Analyst, managing requirements documents and SQL queries. Scott later joined NSK America Corp in 2016, initially as a Director of Operations and then as a Vice President of Business Operations. In these roles, Scott implemented Salesforce, changed the ERP, and developed KPIs for every department to improve efficiency.
Throughout their career, Scott has demonstrated strong technical skills, project management expertise, and the ability to drive process improvement.
Scott Peterson completed their education in the following sequence:
1. From 1996 to 2000, they attended Illinois Valley Central High School and earned a High School Diploma.
2. From 2000 to 2001, they studied Engineering at Southern Illinois University Edwardsville.
3. From 2001 to 2003, they pursued Business studies at Illinois Central College.
4. From 2008 to 2010, they obtained an Associates of Science degree in Business from Waubonsee Community College.
5. Finally, from 2010 to 2014, they graduated from Aurora University with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration.
