David DiDonato

David DiDonato has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. David started their career at Westinghouse Electric Company in 1983 in a sales role. From there, they moved on to Allen Bradley - Rockwell Automation, where they held various positions including Industrial Automation Sr. Channel Manager, Sr. Sales Engineer, and New Market Development for over a decade.

In 2000, DiDonato joined SupplyFORCE, a division of Affiliated Distributors, as the Vice President of the Western Region. David played a key role in building and leading the region by recruiting and hiring sales and operations teams, signing distributor partners, and developing the company's Sales Training program.

Later in their career, DiDonato worked at Ideal Industries, where they held the positions of Regional Sales Manager and General Manager of the Wire Termination Business Segment. As General Manager, they were responsible for the business unit's full P&L, sales and marketing, strategic planning, new product development, production, inventory control, and HR.

In 2012, DiDonato joined Actuant Corporation, serving as GM of Marinco Power Products and VP of Sales Operations. In this dual leadership role, they oversaw strategic planning for the $350M Electrical Segment, acted as the Growth & Innovation leader, and managed sales support functions for the segment.

From 2013 to 2016, DiDonato was the Chief Executive Officer at Quick Cable Corporation. Their most recent position is Chief Commercial Officer at NSi Industries LLC, which they have held since 2017.

David DiDonato earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Union College. David also obtained a Business Acumen Certificate from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2016. In addition, they completed a Lean Manufacturing Certificate at the Illinois Manufacturing Extension Center in 2011. No specific start or end years were provided for their enrollment at Union College or any other education institutions.
