Barb Kelly, MBA has over 20 years of experience in marketing and brand management. Barb is currently working as a Brand Manager at NSI Industries. Previously, they served as the Director of Marketing, PR, and Development at Medina Creative Housing from 2020 to 2022.

Barb also has experience working as a Principal at The Big Idea Consulting, where they established and grew a consultancy providing on-site marketing services to various clients in the CPG, B2B, and nonprofit sectors. Barb has experience spearheading branding, strategy, marketing communications, consumer research, packaging, and new product development projects.

Prior to that, Barb worked as a Senior Product Manager at First Quality, where they led the marketing strategy for private label products and drove product development, consumer research, and marketing communication programs. Barb also served as a Group Marketing Manager at Hamilton Beach Brands Inc., managing small appliance product lines and leading cross-functional teams in product development.

Barb has further experience as a Marketing Director/Consultant at Consortium 360, where they performed business and competitive analysis, launched new products, expanded distribution channels, and achieved sales growth for clients. Barb also held roles as a Senior Strategic Marketing Manager at Hill-Rom, a Marketing Consultant at Intrinzic, a Senior Brand Manager at The United States Playing Card Company, and a Senior Brand Manager at Sara Lee Foods.

Throughout their career, Barb has demonstrated expertise in marketing strategy, brand management, product development, consumer research, and team leadership. Barb has worked with a variety of clients and industries, including healthcare, consumer goods, and nonprofit organizations.

Barb Kelly holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Marketing from Marquette University. Prior to their MBA, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Marketing from the Gies College of Business at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
