Nita Varshani holds the Associate CIPD designation and currently serves as People Operations Manager at nShift since May 2023, previously holding the position of People Operations Coordinator. Nita has extensive experience in human resources, having worked as a People Partner at 1E from April 2015 to August 2022, where responsibilities included providing administrative support to the VP of Global HR and ensuring consistent communication across offices in multiple countries. Prior experience includes roles at Wickes in administration and HR support, managing teams, relationship building, and ensuring high service levels. Nita’s earlier career includes positions at Caney Birch Ltd and Office Angels, along with a foundational role as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant at Beacon Care Services Limited. Nita holds a BA (Hons) in Business Studies and Human Resource Management and a Higher National Diploma in Business Studies from Buckinghamshire New University.
