Kate Andrews has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Kate most recently worked at NSF International as the Director of Global Talent. Prior to that, they held various positions at Lumen Technologies, including Director of HR Solutions, Director of HR Business Partners, Manager of HR Business Partners, and Lead HR Business Partner. Before Lumen Technologies, Kate worked at Chevron as an HR Business Partner for the North America Exploration and Production Headquarters and the Energy Technology Company, Earth Science Division. Kate also participated in Chevron's Human Resources Development Program. Additionally, they gained experience as a Graduate Human Resources Intern at Thomson Reuters, Talent Acquisition at Hu-Friedy Mfg.
