Siu Hoong Lee is a skilled chemical engineer with extensive experience across various roles. Currently serving as a Process Lead at NS BlueScope since November 2021, Siu Hoong Lee previously held the position of Lead Process Engineer at Lumileds from February 2018 to October 2021, focusing on the dispensing process of automotive lighting LEDs and driving cost reduction and yield improvement initiatives. Siu Hoong Lee's academic background includes a PhD in Chemical Engineering from Monash University Malaysia, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in the same field. Additional experience includes teaching as an Associate Tutor at Monash University Malaysia, and roles at Shin-Etsu and Lotus Scientific, where foundational skills in chemical engineering and process management were developed.
