Muhammad Ali Usman has over a decade of experience in payroll management and financial oversight, currently serving as AVP/Assistant Manager Payroll at NRSP Microfinance Bank since March 2011. In this role, Muhammad Ali is responsible for maintaining payroll information through system design and data management, as well as updating payroll records related to exemptions and employee transfers. Previously, Muhammad Ali worked as a Desk Officer handling employees' provident fund records and as an Account Assistant at the National Rural Support Programme, where responsibilities included the maintenance and reconciliation of unit accounts. Muhammad Ali holds a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Development from Virtual University of Pakistan and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Commerce from The Islamia University of Bahawalpur.
