Michael Henke currently serves as the VP of Operations and Supply Chain at NRP Jones since April 2024. Previously, Michael held various leadership roles at Elgin Fastener Group, including Director of Sales Operations and Director of Operations, and also worked as a Plant Manager. Michael has a strong background in operations management from positions at Rexnord Aerospace and Bridgestone, where significant achievements included reducing inventory costs and enhancing procurement strategies. Additional experience includes roles at DESTACO, Nissan Motor Corporation, and Chromalox, where Michael improved production scheduling, procurement processes, and operational efficiency. Michael holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing with a focus on Distribution and Logistics from Grand Valley State University and has traveled to 20 countries across 5 continents.
