Raphael Albert currently serves as the Game Development Officer for the National Rugby League, a position held since June 2014, focusing on the Kokopo East New Britain region of Papua New Guinea. Before this role, Raphael worked as a Physical Education Teacher. Educational qualifications include certificates in Education, Electrical & Sports, as well as Electrical Drafting Installations from Vunabosco Agro-Technical Secondary School, and a certificate in Maths, Language, Science & Social Science from Kokopo Secondary School.
